Workplace Maintenance Coordinator

Brellis Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Workplace Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they remain safe and operational.

You will work closely with vendors to manage facility services, maintain health and safety standards, and support space optimization initiatives to promote a productive and inspired team environment.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a multinational or hospitality setting
  • Qualification in health and safety compliance (IOSH or NEBOSH advantageous)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Vendor management experience and knowledge of facility operations
