Job Description:

Rapid and sustained improvement in primary schools is our top priority. As a key member of the Commercial Services team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing academic achievement and improving pupil outcomes through strategic support, rigorous monitoring, and effective challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to drive continuous improvement in school performance.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and mutual support among team members.
  • Expert Consultancy Support:
    • Provide expert consultancy support as the named Improvement Adviser for schools, leveraging your expertise to drive meaningful change.
  • Training and Development:
    • Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the evolving needs of schools and their leaders.
  • School Engagement:
    • Engage with a diverse range of schools and school leaders, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Leadership Development:
    • Contribute to the development of school leaders, empowering them to drive improvement and achieve excellence.
  • Rapid Improvement Facilitation:
    • Occasionally work as a consultant leader to facilitate rapid improvement in underperforming schools.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience:
    • Demonstrate proven experience as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, Ofsted Inspector, or School Adviser.
  • Improvement Leadership:
    • Showcase your ability to lead improvements and support multiple schools, driving significant progress and growth.
  • Educational Expertise:
    • Utilize your knowledge of the Education Inspection Framework to drive targeted improvements and enhance educational outcomes.
  • Travel and Flexibility:
    • Possess the capability to travel to multiple school locations, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in your work.
