  • Support School Leaders:

  • Facilitate Rapid Improvement:
    • Work as a consultant leader to facilitate rapid improvement in underperforming schools.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Leadership Experience:
    • Demonstrate proven experience as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, Ofsted Inspector, or School Adviser.
  • Improvement Leadership:
    • Showcase your ability to lead improvements and support multiple schools, driving significant progress and growth.
  • Educational Expertise:
    • Utilize your knowledge of the Education Inspection Framework to drive targeted improvements and enhance educational outcomes.
  • Travel and Flexibility:
