Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced email marketing specialist to take ownership of email campaigns for new and existing customers, focusing on upselling, cross selling, and increasing brand visibility. The ideal candidate will develop audience-focused marketing plans, lead the execution of A/B test email campaigns, analyze performance, and ensure consistency in brand tone and voice across all marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
* Create and manage email campaigns, including A/B testing and optimization
* Analyze campaign performance using data and insights to inform future strategy
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and maintain brand consistency
* Manage and maintain email marketing infrastructure, including list management and automation

Requirements
* Proven track record of successfully running email campaigns
* Minimum 4 years' experience in email marketing or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
