We are a leading SaaS vendor seeking an experienced professional to join our Demand Generation Function in Central Manchester.

About the Role

The Email Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing automation processes of our organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the marketing team with strategic expertise, setting up and monitoring Marketo campaigns and automations.
  • Building, managing, and optimising drip email campaigns.
  • Designing and implementing nurture journeys for key prospect and customer journeys and trigger points.
  • Creating and optimising email campaigns for webinars, from invites to follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with Salesforce teams on data segmentation and reporting.
  • Maintaining and optimising data cleanliness on a regular basis.
  • Monitoring overall Marketo performance and health.
  • Providing ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly reporting on email journeys against targets.
  • Working with stakeholders across departments to understand funnels and optimise client campaigns and nurture programmes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • A business or marketing degree, or a related field.
  • Expertise in using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong experience in marketing automation campaign definition and deployment.
  • Experience in project/program management.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics.
  • A strong understanding of information architecture, user experience, and digital marketing.
  • Experience with campaign localisation process and deployment.
