**THE ROLE**

As a Marketing Automation Specialist your focus will be to be to ensure the production and deployment of CRM Campaign, specifically you will have to:

- Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models as well as A/B testing on live campaigns
- Analyse campaign success through deep dive analysis, extracting insights and exploring new ways to increase the optimisation of current marketing campaigns
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide a clear idea of success of campaigns and provide fast solutions to develop and create new campaigns

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Experience using Marketo to build and manage campaigns
- Experience using a campaign management tool, Adobe campaign, Salesforce
- Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
