Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every dining experience is truly unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, presenting menus and providing detailed information when asked about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies.
  • Order Taking: Take accurate food and drink orders using our restaurant's point-of-sale system, ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that every guest receives their order promptly and with a smile.
  • Table Management: Ensure tables are clean and set properly for new guests, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues in a fair and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently, supporting team members and working harmoniously with the team to provide excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage: A good knowledge of food and beverage, including wine, spirits, and other beverages.
