Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, serve, and attend to our guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the establishment.

  • Master the menus to provide informed recommendations to our guests.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our standards are consistently met.

No prior experience is necessary If you bring a friendly and helpful attitude, we will equip you with the skills needed to thrive in our dynamic environment.

What Your Apprenticeship Offers:

  • Regular face-to-face and virtual check-ins every 4 to 6 weeks.
  • A blend of on-the-job training and educational workshops.
  • Quarterly reviews with your mentor and training team.
  • Constructive feedback sessions to track your progress.
  • Opportunities to gain Functional Skills in English and Maths, if needed.
  • A commitment of 30 hours of paid work each week.

Your wage will be determined by your age:

  • 16-20 years old - £7.49 per hour
  • 21-22 years old - £10.18 per hour
  • 23+ years old - £10.42 per hour

At Browns, you will embark on a rewarding journey towards achieving a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship over the course of 15 months.
