About the Role:
- As a Waiter/Waitress, you'll be the face of our hotel, providing warm and welcoming service to our guests.
- You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
- Our team is dedicated to delivering brilliant service, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for hospitality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our restaurant's point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Ensure tables are clean and set properly for new guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Upsell additional products when appropriate.
- Support team members and work harmoniously with the team to provide excellent service.
