  • Leading a team of phlebotomists to ensure efficient and effective blood collection services
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve laboratory operations and patient care
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration with hospital services
  • Monitoring and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the laboratory
  • Providing training and support to phlebotomists to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a phlebotomy or laboratory leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of laboratory operations and quality management systems
