Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Expleo Engineering UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment for a global automotive manufacturer based in the Chester area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop manufacturing processes and equipment to meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and equipment
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical reviews to validate process robustness
  • Develop and implement process sheets and assembly process sheets
  • Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in meetings and provide technical expertise to support process development and implementation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Engineering
  • High level of understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Experience of design and installation of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong cross-functional team leadership skills
