Description of Role

We're looking for a sales leader who can help us scale our sales teams and establish high-growth sales channels. This role involves building a team of high-performing sales professionals who can reach and exceed targets aligned with our growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build a high-performing sales team that meets and exceeds targets set by our growth plans.
  2. Oversee the sales team's performance, setting KPIs, SLAs and objectives, and conducting regular reviews and coaching sessions.
  3. Use data to identify solutions that improve sales conversion rates and drive these changes across multiple functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead sourcing and partnership strategies.
  5. Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth handovers of projects, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  6. Establish efficient processes, reporting, and platforms to drive improvement in sales processes, and lead multi-disciplinary projects to achieve these goals.
  7. Support the COO in other projects, including growth strategy, channel expansion, proposition development, sales resource forecasting, pricing, and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  1. A proven track record of scaling sales teams in tech-enabled businesses, with at least 5 years of experience as a sales leader.
  2. A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to extract insights from data to inform business decisions.
  3. Demonstrated experience in building high-performing sales cultures that drive results.
  4. Excellent problem-solving, commercial, and analytical skills to navigate complex business needs and implement effective solutions at scale.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, including challenging conversations, coaching leaders, and communicating initiatives across teams.
