Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Naomi House & Jacksplace, a leading UK charity providing palliative and end-of-life care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide autonomous nursing care to children and young adults with complex health needs, working in conjunction with other professionals to make decisions and apply appropriate interventions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of care, ensuring safe clinical decision-making and high levels of critical thinking.
  • Act as a senior clinical leader and expert within the organization, providing guidance and support to other care teams and professionals.
  • Support the leadership team in meeting the needs of service users and contributing to service improvements within an environment undergoing change and development.
Requirements
  • Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with experience working with children and young adults.
  • Sound clinical expertise and knowledge, with the ability to demonstrate safe clinical decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Drive and determination, with a passion for palliative care and a vision for improving services.

  • Competitive salary range: £53,755 - £60,504.
