Enrichment Officer Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrichment Officer to join our team at South Thames Colleges Group. As an Enrichment Officer, you will play a key role in developing, delivering, and coordinating enrichment activities that support students to build resilience, stay safe, and develop employability, personal, and social skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver enrichment programs that engage high numbers of students
  • Work with colleagues to plan and coordinate enrichment activities
  • Provide support to students to build resilience and stay safe
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations to support enrichment opportunities

Requirements:

  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in an appropriate area (Youth & Community, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Health & Social Care or IAG)
  • Experience of working with young people aged 16-19 years from a variety of backgrounds
  • Ability to use initiative, organize, and prioritize
  • Working knowledge of barriers to participation and how to increase participation within an educational environment
