About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our men's leather goods brand as Managing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving quality, and expanding our global footprint.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure exceptional quality and innovation in luxury goods.
  • Develop and oversee sales strategies in retail and e-commerce, ensuring consistent brand representation globally.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability and sustainable growth in the industry.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product lines to expand our brand internationally.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in fashion or luxury goods industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing P&L, budgets, and overall business performance in a global setting.
  • Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills to drive success in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, retail strategies, and online/offline brand development in a competitive market.
  • International market development experience, including identifying new market opportunities and navigating diverse regulatory environments.

Compensation: A competitive salary of $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with benefits and other incentives.
