Administrative Assistant for Health and Wellbeing

Your Role
You will be an integral part of our team, providing administrative support for our partnership team and local partners. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop a place-based approach to physical activity and health and wellbeing, ensuring that our activities are effective and sustainable. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring that data is up-to-date and accessible to all relevant parties.
Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent administrative skills, with experience of managing records and databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £24,790 - £25,183 (Pro rata) per annum, plus a range of benefits including generous leave entitlement (equivalent to 24 days a year, increasing to 30 days after 5 years' service, plus bank holidays), local government pension scheme, and free car parking.
