Senior Document Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join Belcan Technical Recruiting (UK) Ltd as a Senior Document Management Specialist on a 12-month contract in Isle of Grain.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer the Aconex system to ensure smooth document control and distribution.
- Coordinate with Contractors to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Provide daily/weekly reporting to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and milestones.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, proficiency in records and report production, and experience with project administration. Industry experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, and construction is highly valued.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documents are accurately controlled and distributed, and that workflows are managed efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with contractors and other stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within Belcan Technical Recruiting (UK) Ltd.
