Electrical and Instrumentation Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team on a 9-month contract in Isle of Grain.

About the Role:

• As an Electrical & Instrumentation Systems Specialist, you will ensure that electrical and instrumentation (E&I) inspections are conducted according to design and technical specifications.
• You will interface with both on-site and off-site requirements to meet project-specific standards and specifications, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.
• Key responsibilities include reviewing on-site construction and pre-commissioning activities, troubleshooting pre-commissioning problems, and monitoring progress status.
• You will also provide support to the Quality team for construction activities and sign pre-commissioning documentation as requested.

About You:

• Experience in pre-commissioning in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and LNG Industry is essential, with a focus on Instrumentation.
• Proficiency in Distributed Control System (DCS) and Completions Management System (CMS) is required.
• Candidates with experience in Honeywell DCS, Wood GoTechnology (QEDI) CMS, or Emerson Process instrumentation will be considered a bonus.
• CompEx - Ex01-Ex04 (Gas), City and Guilds, ONC/HNC, ATEX qualifications are necessary.
