Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Child and Family Practitioner to join our Children Looked After Teams at Frontier Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing and interests of children and young people in care.

You will work closely with colleagues to manage an independent workload, ensure legislative requirements are met, and complete assessments, critical analyses, planning, and implementation of suitable interventions for complex cases.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Social Work England registered social worker with a professional social work qualification or equivalent. You should have demonstrable post-qualifying experience as a social worker working with children and families, as well as a current UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

The salary range for this position is £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, pro-rated based on the number of days worked per week.
