IT Field Service Specialist

Concept Resourcing is seeking experienced IT professionals to join our Field Service team as EPOS Engineers. The successful candidates will work on a contract basis, providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of EPOS systems
  • Printer migrations and firmware updates
  • Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT field service or technical support
  • Strong technical knowledge of EPOS systems and printer technology
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license and reliable vehicle

Working Conditions:

  • Varied EPOS activity, including on-site visits and technical support
  • Must be flexible to cover both days and nights
  • 10 hours per day, door-to-door including travel
  • Occasional overnight stays may be required

Compensation:

  • GBP150 per shift, based on a 10-hour day including travel
  • Mileage claimable after 50 miles per day, 33ppm thereafter

This role has been assessed and deemed an INSIDRE IR35 role.
