Account Director - Consumer PR

Hanson Search is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our Consumer PR team in London. As a key member of our international agency, you will be responsible for driving creativity and providing strategic counsel to senior clients in the entertainment and leisure space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive creativity and provide strategic counsel to senior clients, building and managing relationships domestically and internationally.
  • Provide strong client management and leadership skills, from design to delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Craft engaging content, campaigns, and strategies to drive effective global and local storytelling.
  • Lead by example and coach junior team members to ensure a consistent quality of output.
  • Talent and influencer identification and activation.
  • Coordinate global and local events.
Requirements:
  • Excellent client service and campaign management skills, with a track record of developing successful earned media campaigns.
  • Delivered creative planning and strategy for global consumer brands, as well as creating local executions that reflect and shape culture.
  • Passionate about entertainment and particularly digital entertainment (gaming, audio, streaming, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and influencer marketing.
