We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Estimator to join our team in the Head Office based in Sittingbourne. This role will involve working on Commercial, Healthcare, Education, and MOD tenders.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assess the requirements for producing tenders and budgets, establishing associated costs, and ensuring accurate pricing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of professionalism and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an M&E Estimator in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
