Job Role: M&E Estimator

Area: Sittingbourne

Salary: £55k-£70k

PW Construction is seeking an experienced M&E Estimator to join their team in the Head Office based in Sittingbourne. This role will cover all Commercial, Healthcare, Education, and MOD tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assess the requirements for producing tenders and budgets, establishing associated costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and information for tender submissions.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality tender documents, including estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an M&E Estimator in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in estimating software and systems, with experience of using MS Office and other relevant tools.
