About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Retrofit Assessor to join our team at Sustainable Building Services Ltd. As a Retrofit Assessor, you will play a crucial role in conducting energy assessments in accordance with PAS2035:2019 requirements and Accreditation Body Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting energy assessments to identify energy efficiency opportunities in residential properties
  • Using in-house solutions and customer-provided solutions to carry out energy assessments for SHDF/ECO4/GBIS funding requirements
  • Deploying to locations in the North West to conduct energy assessments for Sustainable Building Services and Sustainable Energy Services as required
  • Traveling to properties to assess energy efficiency improvements and work with Retrofit Coordinators to ensure joined-up thinking on funding requirements
  • Collaborating with the Sustainable Building Services team and Local Site Managers to arrange diaries and access residents' homes at the right time
  • Ensuring all documentation is collected and administered to the right point of collection for review by administrators, Retrofit Coordinators, or managers
  • Providing excellent customer service and being presentable, punctual, and professional in engagement with residents, customers, and company employees
  • Communicating availability and plans to line management to ensure optimal utilization of capacity

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience surveying or assessing properties for energy-efficient improvements

Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment and Retrofit Assessment

Compensation Package:

£40,000 to £44,000 plus Car Allowance
