About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our team at Sustainable Building Services (UK) Ltd. As a Retrofit Assessor, you will play a crucial role in conducting energy assessments and providing expert advice to homeowners and housing associations on energy efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct energy assessments in accordance with PAS2035:2019 requirements and Accreditation Body Standards
  • Use in-house solutions and customer-provided solutions to carry out energy assessments for SHDF/ECO4/GBIS funding requirements
  • Travel to locations to conduct energy assessments and provide expert advice to residents and housing associations
  • Work with our sub-contracted Retrofit Coordinators to ensure joined-up thinking on funding requirements and Trustmark lodgement
  • Arrange diaries with the Sustainable Building Services team and Local Site Manager/Tenant Liaison Officers to access residents' homes at the right time
  • Ensure all documentation is collated and administered to the right point of collection for administrators, Retrofit Coordinators, or managers to review
  • Be presentable, punctual, and professional in engagement with residents, customers, and company employees
  • Ensure line management understands availability and plans for the week ahead to ensure appropriate utilization of capacity
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience surveying/assessing properties for energy efficient improvements
  • Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment and Retrofit Assessment
What We Offer
