About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Acorn-i. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our client brands to support their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact for our client brands and ensure a strong client experience.
  • Solution Evangelism: Evangelise Acorn-i's services and solutions and how they can best be applied for client success and strategies.
  • Market Understanding: Understand the client brand, products, and position in the market regarding ecommerce channel performance.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and manage quarterly and annual plans that deliver against the client needs and drive client growth.
  • Client Engagement: Regular client engagement, using data to support ongoing strategy and tactics to further exceed goals.
  • Ecommerce Expertise: Understand and navigate at the intersection of eRetail and Retail Media supporting the client brand in delivering ecommerce success for their business.
About You
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Client Engagement: Strong experience in engaging with clients at all levels, and demonstrating ability to be considered a thought leader on the topic of commerce media.
  • Ecommerce Experience: 2+ years of experience working in ecommerce or retail media, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Amazon Expertise: A strong understanding of the Amazon selling platforms – vendor or seller central.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Relationship Building: Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
  • Strategic Relationships: Proven experience in building strategic relationships at senior level.
  • Account Management: Strong account management experience and dealing with client management.
  • Digital Marketing: Experience in a digital marketing or advertising services agency a bonus.
  • Amazon Advertising: Knowledge of Sponsored ads & Display advertising through Amazon.
