We are seeking a highly skilled Golang and RDF software engineer to join our team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a seasoned software engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using Golang and RDF technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop software applications
  • Develop and maintain high-quality production code and algorithms
  • Contribute to the development of architecture and design artifacts for complex applications
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software engineering
Requirements
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and applied experience
  • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Demonstrated experience building security and privacy controls for Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Demonstrated experience in GoLang development and with distributed computing
  • Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
  • Proficiency in working with information/data models
  • Hands-on practical experience in both consuming and writing web service APIs - RESTful or Graph-based using JSON and/or XML
Preferred Qualifications
  • Declarative model transformations or mappings - e.g. in a data pipeline
  • Experience with logic programming - Rego, Datalog or Prolog
  • Experience with formal test methods, Satisfiability Modulo theories, Boolean Satisfiability
  • Use of RDF technologies such as SparQL or JSON-LD
