Join Our Team as a Peer Specialist Worker

We are seeking a part-time Peer Specialist Worker to join our Personality Disorder Service in East Sussex. The successful candidate will work in partnership with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to deliver therapeutic clinical treatment programmes and community support programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the service in collaboration with our team
  • Work with individuals diagnosed with Personality Disorder to improve their health and well-being
  • Contribute to the development of therapeutic clinical treatment programmes

Requirements:

  • Lived experience of EUPD
  • Experience working in mental health, preferably with people with Complex Emotional Needs and Personality Disorders
  • Ability to work in a co-production model
