Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: The Procurement Manager will source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that the company gets the best possible deals.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of procurement professionals.
