Client Support Administrator Job Description

This Client Support Administrator role in Weybridge is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in working within the Financial Services industry.

As a Client Support Administrator, you will be actively supporting their busy Financial Advisors. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing information for the Financial Advisor prior to client review meetings
  • Actioning required actions on behalf of the Financial Advisor
  • Ensuring all systems are updated with completed activities
  • Working effectively with the team to provide a quality, consistent approach to clients
  • Contacting clients prior to confirm appointments and obtaining any outstanding information

Client Support Administrator Requirements

  • Ideal candidates should have 3+ years' experience of office administration
  • Ideal candidates should be qualified to GCSE or A level standard

Client Support Administrator Benefits

  • Salary of £22,000 - £25,000
  • 25 days holiday plus additional 4 given by the company, plus bank holidays
  • Office-based role
  • Normal office hours (35 hours per week) of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
