Job Description

As a Special Educational Needs Lead, you will be responsible for leading the provision of support for students with SEND across both our Preparatory and Senior schools.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to support students with SEND, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective inclusion practices, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to SEND.

You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining records of student progress, collaborating with external agencies to provide additional support, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
