Commissioning Director for Youth Mental Health

**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Head of Children's Commissioning Service at North East London NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of improving quality for service users and carers, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to provide effective operational and clinical leadership. They will be responsible for overseeing patient pathways and flows into and out of Community CAMHS Services, and will work closely with the clinical leadership team to deliver high-quality services.
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with mental health issues.
Main Duties- To deliver effective operational and clinical leadership and direction to the service leads and multi-disciplinary teams.
- To support and develop the strategic direction for the service in line with national policies and locally identified health priorities.
- To ensure that services are continually monitored, viewed, and adapted to meet changing service user need and identified commissioning requirements.
