We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
  • Supporting residents with medication management and follow-up care plans
  • Helping residents to participate in activities and events, promoting social interaction and community engagement

Our Rewards Package

As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you can expect a competitive pay package, including an estimated salary of £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience.
