• Greet and engage with clients in a warm and professional manner, making every interaction a positive one.
• Provide compassionate support to clients during emotional and difficult times, offering resources and guidance as needed.
• Assess client and pet needs upon arrival, determining the level of care required and responding accordingly.
• Respond to non-patient calls and visitors, connecting them with the right team member to address their needs.
• Confirm appointments in advance, ensuring clients have all the necessary information to prepare their pets for the appointment.
• Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients, handling pet remains with compassion and discretion.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies, ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process.
