About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, including daily living tasks and mobility assistance.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication administration.
  • Support individuals with off-site activities, such as social events, outings, and appointments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK manual driving license.
  • Have experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a care or support setting.
  • Be able to work on a shift rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
