About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Controller to join our team at SolviT Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in achieving our sales targets and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000
  • Uncapped commission earnings potentially reaching up to £60,000
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

Working Arrangements:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am-7pm, plus Saturdays 10am-6pm and Sundays 10am-4pm.
