Fuel Sales Job Opportunity

At Speedy Hire, we are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to manage our fuel sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer service or administration, who is looking for a challenging opportunity to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all fuel enquiries from new and existing customers via phone and email
  • Process fuel orders from order placement to delivery and invoicing
  • Manage fuel for sites where a fuel management system has been agreed
  • Maximise fuel sales opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Process orders on the company software and general administration
  • Assist in the completion of monthly fuel stock counts & management

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office packages
  • Strong communication skills both verbally & written
  • People and management skills
  • Commitment to learn and develop
  • Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar customer service or operational role
