HVAC Construction Lead Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Lead Engineer to join our team at Framatome. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of HVAC activities for nuclear projects.

About the Role:

The HVAC Construction Lead Engineer will be responsible for planning and delivering HVAC activities in accordance with safety, quality, time, and cost parameters. This includes guaranteeing safety is the overriding priority, driving the HVAC activity in a building from site delivery to handover to commissioning, and implementing the MEH L4 schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the HVAC activity in a building from site delivery to handover to commissioning, including all preparation activities before physical start of activities in the building.
  • Implementation of the MEH L4 schedule, including 4 weeks and 16 weeks look ahead.
  • Warn management in case of change and potential risks.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a qualified HVAC Engineer in erection/maintenance scopes with a background in preparation and execution of HVAC activities, preferably in the nuclear sector. Successful experience in project management would be an advantage. A strong technical interest in construction or maintenance of industrial installations is required, as well as a mastery of computer tools such as Excel and 3D modeling.
