Handyperson - Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Handyperson to join our team at Calibre Search. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade services and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities include conducting site visits, carrying out routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have experience working with roller shutters, painting, and decorating. A strong understanding of plumbing and drainage systems is also essential. Additionally, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
