Healthcare Department Manager

We are looking for a Healthcare Department Manager to lead our team at Fletcher House and provide high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resident care, liaising with families and healthcare professionals, administering medication as needed, hosting resident/staff meetings, and assisting with the management of the care home.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about delivering exceptional care, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends. A Level 3 in health and social care is required, with experience in a healthcare setting leading a team. The salary for this role is around £30,886 per year, based on national averages.
