Learning Support Assistant Opportunity

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our client's school in Lincoln. As a key member of the educational team, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the educational experience of students.
  • Provide individualized support to students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery under the guidance of subject teachers.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Support the school's behavior management policies to maintain a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in Primary or Secondary schools is essential.
  • Passion for supporting students and commitment to their educational development.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine interest in education.
  • Ability to work effectively with students of diverse abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
