About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 7.5t HGV Driver to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a 7.5t HGV Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while transporting goods to various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Drive vehicles safely and legally, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues.
  • Scan products using DX scanning equipment and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Manage routing to ensure timely and premium deliveries.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and PPE are in good working order.
  • Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues in a polite and effective manner.
  • Collect goods in line with given instructions and times.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid C1 or above license with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
  • Maximum of 6 points on license and no bans.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
