Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team, working closely with neonates, infants, and children with complex needs. As a specialist in this field, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based care and supporting the development of our patients.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy support within the model of Family Integrated Care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and manage communication and feeding challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal outcomes
- Contribute to training and supervising junior staff members

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy (SLT)
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
- Experience working in paediatrics and/or neonatology

Compensation Package
This role comes with a competitive salary of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, pro rata, plus a 5% high cost area supplement.
