Production Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at our Durham Plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality concrete products and ensuring the smooth operation of our site.

Your primary responsibilities will include supervising production staff, coordinating workflow, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, managing inventory, and collaborating with our distribution teams to meet customer demands.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar position or industry, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, and access to our employee benefits platform.
