About the Role
We are seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Water Networks and Customer team in Durrington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement opportunities for performance improvement, working closely with the Performance Analyst to scope, identify, and quantify performance opportunities.
- Drive sustainable change by supporting the rollout and implementation of opportunities to ensure benefits are realised, goals are achieved, and change is sustained.
- Mentor and coach team members to aid in cultural change and embed positive, sustainable improvements.
- Share best practices across the team and wider business by documenting end-to-end process changes and sharing information and best practices.
About You
We are looking for someone with a background in Water Operations or a similar industry, with knowledge and experience of Continuous Improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma. You should have a high degree of coaching and facilitation skills, with experience in mentoring and providing feedback. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quantify benefits and track data, are also essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as well as a proactive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.
What We Offer
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week. We operate a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home. We offer a competitive salary, company and performance-related bonus, generous pension, 25 days annual leave, life assurance, and a range of other benefits.
