Nursery Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 6 months to 5 years.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding children. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating and friendly environment, encouraging children's development, and working closely with parents and carers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging activities and play opportunities to promote children's learning and development.
- Compile and maintain accurate development records, reporting to the Team Leader as required.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to EYFS standards and safeguarding protocols.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care and education for children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
