Nursery Nurse Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our team at Nursery People. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children in a friendly and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with parents and carers to understand each child's individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Support the implementation of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Handle parent queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist in training new staff members to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the nursery room, including equipment and furniture.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a day nursery setting.
  • Early Years qualification at Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of EYFS and health and safety procedures.
  • Valid DBS check.
