Homecare Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Homecare Professional to join our team at Wiltshire Council. As a Care Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals with personal care needs, social daily living skills, and leisure or work activities.
About the PositionIn this rewarding role, you will work closely with customers to identify and achieve outcomes, supporting them in various activities within the service or local community. Our team is dedicated to promoting well-being, choices, dignity, and independence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
We offer comprehensive training and support to help you excel in this role. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive team to enable customers to take part in meaningful community-focused activities.
Key Responsibilities:
