As a Care Leadership Specialist at Verve Homecare, you will be based at our Head Office in London and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our care delivery team.

About the Role:
  • You will lead a team of care professionals, providing expert guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the care delivery service, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain your skills and knowledge through regular training and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prioritize patient well-being, incorporating their preferences and wishes into care plans to enhance their quality of life.
  2. Supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  3. Coordinate care delivery according to current best practices, policy guidelines, and legislative requirements under the direction of management.
  4. Deliver care services to patients as specified in individual agreements and contract standards.
  5. Ensure the safety and welfare of individuals supported, fostering a culture of empathy and compassion.
  6. Nurture effective working relationships with colleagues within Verve Homecare.
  7. Participate in mandatory training sessions and additional training as directed by management.
  8. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to travel as required.
