Senior Director Complaints Management

Job Description
At GSK, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Complaints and Incident Senior Director to join our team. As a key member of our Market Supply & Distribution Quality (MSDQ) department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our quality incident management processes, including complaints, Local Incident Committee (LIC), Product Incident Review Committee (PIRC), and recalls.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Management: Develop and implement strategies for managing quality incidents, including complaints, to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team of quality professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our quality incident management processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure quality professionals have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as chemistry, pharmacy, or biological sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in quality management, with a strong background in incident management and team leadership.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
